Hi, my name is Isabel Pinno and I have grown up with animals all my life and have had 15 years experience in animal care. My passion for animals meant I went straight from school into working at a animal rescue where I stayed for 7 years caring and rehabilitating animals in need.
My biggest love is animals. If I could describe them in one word... I simply couldn't because to me there are so many reasons why I love animals. From their beauty to their personalities animals amaze me everyday and no matter what they can always put a smile on your face.
I myself know how hard it is to find someone you can trust and who is responsible enough to care for your animals like you yourself; this is one of the many reasons I have decided to offer a service to look after your pets. I had my own horse and he means/meant the world to me like you can not imagine, he was in my life for 15 years and he was and always will be my best friend; the bond we have was so strong, he always knew what I was thinking and vice versa in ways you just cant explain, he was a gentle giant with a wise intelligent mind. I sadly lost my boy over the rainbow bridge just as I was starting this new job and not a day passes that I don't miss him, he held me up and made me strong and taught me all I know today, so my tribute to him is to follow my heart and make him proud. It can be hard to know what you want from someone when it comes down to your pets; they are your family and you only want what is best for them. What I offer is a stress free environment so you can be relaxed knowing your pets are being taken care of but of course at the same time knowing your pets are getting the love, care and fuss in the comfort of their own home. I have experience with all breeds and types as well as working with animals affected by trauma, nervousness and different types of aggression.
I have a pet sitting and dog walking diploma and I have completed the dog enrichment course, I am always trying to gain more knowledge to be able to give you and your pets the best possible care.

Piotr started pet sitting with me part time last year 2022 after starting his own business car detailing, which worked out perfectly as I needed some extra help and with someone I could trust complicity, someone that I know loves animals as well and would care for them to the best of their ability, knowing he had grown up around cats (very specialised with cats owned 2 Maine coons) and dogs and that he was very willing to learn new things and a quick learner at that. He offers the same standards I do which for me was very important to me as you can imagine. He learnt a lot coming with me on some sits where permission was given, getting more information on more animals from horses to chickens and more. He learns more and more as time passes and has all the same credentials as I do now. Piotr is just like me in the regards he gives his everything in whatever he does so you can expect the same love and care you give your pets and you are able to go away knowing you can relax and everything at your home is all taken care of.
